Due to Squarespace’s stripped-down e-commerce fulfilment features there is no other way to mark an order as “processed” so I have to mark it as “fulfilled” so I don’t get orders confused. I was also sick right after receiving most of the orders. So if you are worried that you haven’t received your order yet do not worry, they are all packed now and on their way, it just took a couple of weeks longer than your email stated.
